WELL STATES HEALTHCARE UNVEILS NEW, ENHANCED CUSTOMER PORTAL

WELL STATES HEALTHCARE

Key features include visibility of all patient appointments, a map of medical providers and a highly interactive, customizable dashboard

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. – Well States Healthcare (WSHC), a market leader in providing fast, global medical liens for victims of automobile accidents and traumatic personal injury, today announced the rollout of Lawgic, a cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant customer portal. Designed as a second iteration to Well States current portal Atlas, Lawgic makes it easier for law offices to track, manage and take action on their clients’ personal injury accounts.

Lawgic will build on the functionality that Atlas customers have grown to love, with enhanced features and a superior user experience. In addition to previous elements which included up-to-date information on treatment and billing status, as well as the ability to make courtesy reduction requests through RediGo, Lawgic will allow attorneys and paralegals to easily view all client appointments and which medical provider(s) are being seen. A robust map makes it easy to see how many providers are available in each zip code, and users can also search for the number of providers by type of services offered. These two added features are the first and only of their kind to be offered to law firms.

“The Atlas portal has been well-loved by legal firms, with over 400 users tracking the accounts of nearly 2,500 clients,” said Scott White, director of IT at Well States. “While user feedback has been positive, it was also clear that we could improve the portal experience and add additional functionality to meet the needs of attorneys and paralegals today. Lawgic is our proprietary solution designed to deliver the core functionality and technical enhancements that help legal firms more easily manage a clients’ personal injury claims process.”

Lawgic uses artificial intelligence to provide a sentiment analysis on all active client files that allows attorneys and Well States case management staff to address any necessary concerns. The platform shows, at-a-glance, how many active files the law firm has and provides accompanying details, including how many clients are in treatment and what courtesy reductions have been granted across all accounts to date.

The improved user interface also provides:

– An interactive dashboard that offers a quick glance view at all aspects of a client’s file

– The ability to see all client appointments, whether complete or pending

– A map of medical providers that can be broken down by region or zipcode

– Enhanced document viewing capabilities and the option to download documents separately or as one

– Greater user control, including personalized modification of the platform through modules and direct admin control to add or remove users

Lawgic will be beta tested with a few select law firms before going live later in the fall 2020. Lawgic will replace the previous Atlas portal, with existing users given the option to access the classic version for an extended period of time.
